We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Thank you for your feedback. I can see from our system that you emailed in on a weekend querying that your 12-month e-learning licence had expired a week earlier than you expected. Within four days, our team had extended the licence for free, for a further three weeks. A couple of days later, we then extended your exam voucher free of charge for another 10 days after the e-learning licence was due to end. Apologies if you had to wait a few weeks to book the exam, but the pandemic has led to a significant rise in the number of people wanting to sit their exams via the online proctor system, and therefore many of the examining institutes are working with longer lead times.
