Hoe worden Feefo-beoordelingen verzameld?

We verzamelen onafhankelijk feedback namens de bedrijven die met ons samenwerken. Ons platform benadert alleen geverifieerde kopers, dus je kunt er zeker van zijn dat je beoordelingen van echte klanten leest.

Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Hello there, we do understand how frustrating this is for our customers, however we are at the hands of our courier, they provide a national delivery service which is generally fast and efficient, unfortunately due to staffing levels, annual leave, sickness due to covid, and road network issues in general, they haven't been able to fulfil this lately, which has resulted in a large number of backlogs within their depots. We are doing our best to work around this and allow a few more days for delivery, and this seems to be working. We have been informed that the backlogs are now cleared and so it should be business as usual! Thank you so much for your comments, and i apologise that you were disappointed on this occasion. Hi Neil, You should have received a tracking number, and details for the courier your order was sent with. Occasionally deliveries are left with a neighbour, if this is the case the courier should have a door number or further information for you.If you could contact me please, I am more than happy to reach out to our courier and see where your delivery is, to resolve this for you.
