Wie kan een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten?

Alleen klanten met een aankoopbewijs kunnen een Feefo-beoordeling achterlaten. We zorgen hiervoor door kopers direct na hun aankoop te benaderen.

Hoe verifiëren we beoordelingen?

We controleren of beoordelingen van echte klanten zijn door ze te koppelen aan een verkoop of transactie. Mensen worden alleen uitgenodigd om een beoordeling achter te laten na een aankoop bij het bedrijf.

Hoe gaan we om met nepbeoordelingen?

Feefo voorkomt dat mensen nepbeoordelingen achterlaten doordat we alleen geverifieerde kopers uitnodigen om feedback te geven.

Booking was cancelled moments after you confirmed it. So all pointless.

The booking was immediately cancelled. You should liaise with the airline properly. The whole experience was pointless. You should be ashamed.

Dear Mr M Thanks for your feedback. I see that you made your booking on 16 March at 10.22 and that easyJet sent you an email the following evening to tell you that the flight had been cancelled. As I know you will appreciate, airlines are constantly adjusting their flying programmes and some flights are cancelled.
