We are very much here to help with regards to sizing and fit queries - which can be particularly tricky for a new customer who is not familiar with how our fits work. We'd encourage you to reach out to our Customer Service Team, who are always available through live chat, telephone or email, should you have any questions regarding sizing or fit. In regards to your return, refunds incur a small handling fee deduction when processed - but exchanges are 100% free of charge. Given this has been your first experience with us, we'll have the fee refunded to you as a goodwill gesture shortly. We hope you'll consider ordering again and we're more than happy to offer further guidance with our shirt sizing and fit, should you need it.

Many thanks for your further feedback. Slim Fit is indeed our 'regular' fitting option - as it is the middle of the three we offer (Extra Slim, Slim and Classic). It's a good place to start if you're unsure, so you can then go either up or down depending on how the Slim Fit feels. We're sorry if you do not wish to receive mailings from us - you can 'opt out' when ordering online, or again this is something our Customer Service Team can help with post-purchase. In any case, you have been removed from mailings going forward and we'll be in touch to offer further guidance/assistance very soon.
