It is a shame to hear that our ladies shirts are not suitable for you, especially as you say they were in the past. It is even more of a shame to learn that this experience has left you in doubt over ordering from us again. I will definately pass on your comments to our Customer Feedback department so that they can look into any changes we have made and review the sleeves for future seasons. Hopefully we will be able to make changes so that we can provide exactly what you are looking for.

I do agree that we should not be sending out items that are the incorrect size. I will ensure that the warehouse are aware and that they should be taking more care in the future. Please accept my sincerest apologies as I realise the disappoinment and inconvenience this can cause. Also I am sorry to hear that you have had problems with our delivery company. It is worthless us aiming to provide a great service if this is not followed through by our courier company. I will make sure that your comments are forwarded to them so that they can be more aware in the future and also improve their service to our customers. I do hope these problems will not deter you from shopping with us in the future. We will take more care so that less inconvenience is caused to you.
