We're truly sorry for the disappointment caused here in regards to your purchase of a White Bib Front Evening Shirt, particularly in regards to the studs ('buttons' as in your feedback). It's incredibly important to us that we are always providing customers with the best possible service, whether that be in our stores, online through live chat or over the telephone. To learn that may not have been the case during your visit to the Brent Cross store is deeply regrettable, and feedback has been passed through to the Store Manager accordingly. When it comes to the purchasing of a Bib Front shirt (also known as a 'tuxedo' shirt) the shirt comes with normal buttons - but with small holes next to each to allow for the use of studs if required. These are, we're afraid, sold separately and not included with the purchase of the shirt. The website does show this clearly, but we should also be ensuring that is clearly explained elsewhere, too.

We certainly understand the disappointment here and it's something we share - as we truly regret any instance when a customer is not 100% happy with their purchase from us. We absolutely understand that this hasn't been the kind of experience our customers expect or that we strive to give, and feedback has been passed through to the Store Manager accordingly.
