I have bought into the brand and like their approach to sales and service. Although presumably a large company they demonstrate attributes of a small co. I had a bad experiecne with deliveries a few orders ago and they were poor in their response intially, until I managed to get someone to take ownership, in the end I got a call from the MD which impressed me.
