Good company. I like their products and the responsiveness of their staff. I particularly appreciate their end of season sale that I found very much good value for money. My only little recommendation to them is to speed up their delivery times and offer to the client the choice of multiple delivery service levels (express, standard)

I have been a customer for over a decade. My only (slight) criticism is that I do not at all like the chatty marketing style used by the Managing Director in his various messages to customers/potential customers. It just goes too far to informality.

I have been a client of Charles Tyrwhitt for some ten years and have nothing but praise for them.

We've bought other stuff from CT and its quality / value for money has been good. A previous purchase of children's clothes for our grandchildren went down well with the recipents and their parents (as, in the latter case, it might well have done since we were coughing up for it) and the only problem with this latest purchase is that it is proving hard to persuade the young lady (4+) and gentleman (6+) to get the damned things off their backs. We are, however, much saddened (though potentially better-off) by the decision to drop the Teeny (or was it Tiny?) Tyrrwhit range.
