Service and presentation very good. Products fail to live up to hype. On two occasions I have purchased two shirts from the same range, identically labelled and vastly different in size. Formal shirts also have an irritating habit of curling up at the collar points beyond the brass stiffeners.

Collars curling on our shirts is often due to the way the shirts on ironed. I will send you some detailed care instructions via email. Our sizing very rarely changes unless we receive customer feedback. I've passed your comments to the appropriate dept so they can review our specifications.
