December is always a really busy period and it sometimes happens that tickets are misplaced by the box office. When this happens, the box office always print duplicates after checking with us that your booking is valid. We have a customer service team staying in the office until all the West End shows have started. This is to ensure that none of our customers are left at the door. Again, we apologise for the inconvenience but we would have hoped that you would also comment on the really good offer you got on those seats (42% discount compare to the theatre price).
