Thanks for your feedback. We are really sorry that the box office couldn't find your tickets on your arrival. December is always a really busy period and it sometimes happens that tickets are misplaced by the box office. When this happens, the box office always print duplicates after checking with us that your booking is valid. We have a customer service team staying in the office until all the West End shows have started. This is to ensure that none of our customers are left at the door.
