But we would ask that you please get in touch with our admins at our head office to make the arrangements or request another form of resolution.Regarding the tracking information I have been informed that Royal Mail are having difficulties updating all tracking information at this time. It may be that whomever you spoke to at the time was unable to verify the tracking. I have since requested this information for you .
