Sorry about the delay. This order was dispatched just under 2 weeks after ordering, as we were awaiting a stock delivery, but should have been received a couple of days after that - I think this was delayed in the post too. Our PP&I charges cover not just the cost of postage, but also the cost of packaging and a whole variety of warehouse costs, which we regrettably have to pass on to the customer. I hope that helps.
