Hi there, we’re very sorry that the order was not ready for you upon arrival. Generally speaking, this process runs very smoothly however in the lead up to Christmas, we were transitioning over to our new warehouse. Because of this, we had reduced warehouse staff and site and stock was not held in its usual spot.
