Thank you for the review. We are sorry to hear that you have been experiencing problems with your order. We purchase these units directly from the manufacturer, so all the required parts should have been included. We feel this review is unfair, as we never received any contact from you stating that the units was missing parts, so were unable to resolve this for you. Had we known, we could have liaised with Ohme to arrange this for you. We were able to match the price, but the supplier you bought from were offering an extra discount for first time buyers, which we cannot match as part of our terms and conditions. We also state that our Price Match Promise is always at our discretion. We are also uncertain whether the website you bought from are registered Ohme resellers, which we are.
