Mostly because you had all of the insurance in the package, including illness. So many companies do not offer that for older cats, which is ridiculous. Easy to compare plans and no exactly what you...

Excruciating

Was supposed to be 10 minutes but ended up being over 30. I'm not usually easily frustrated, but this was pretty excruciating. I could have done the same thing in 4 minutes online.

Not a criticism of Robin. He was just doing his thing. Somehow there were 2 profiles created. As on was on hold to Robin another call came through. I answered. It was also SPCA, which seemed to auto-terminate Robin's call, thereby starting the whole ****** process again.
