thank you for taking some time to give us your feedback. Our returns policy can be seen on our website at https://www.sparksdirect.co.uk/terms-and-conditions. Basically, the customer has 30 days to change his mind and we can take the items back - no problem. This is a standard 30-day no-quibble returns policy that all good retailers abide by, and it is reasonable to consider this period of "cooling off" time as adequate for a customer to see whether what he orders is actually what he needs. we apologize for the inconvenience related to the returns situation. As per our online orders and returns policy, there has to be an email sent to us to request a returns number (RMA) before you can return anything you ordered on our website. Unfortunately, we do not do exchanges, but we do take back items ordered and unwanted (within the 30-day cooling off period), and we have sent you a returns number. We are waiting to receive the unwanted item and we will refund as agreed.
