We are sorry to hear that you experienced issues with the hot water during your stay at the Carlos V Hotel in Alghero, particularly as this was not resolved until the final day of your holiday. Thank you for your review. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly in comparison to your previous holiday with us. We can see that you initially requested a change to your flights due to the inbound flight timing. Unfortunately, following this amendment, the revised flight schedule was subsequently changed by the airline at a later stage. Whilst we appreciate the frustration this caused and apologise for the inconvenience, airline schedule changes are outside of Riviera Travel's control and are determined directly by the airline. We nevertheless regret the disappointment caused and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
