We're delighted to hear that you thought your tour manager Matt was fab, very caring and knowledgeable. However, we were sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your hotel room on this tour. We do hope you had the opportunity to raise your disappointment with Matt. When our tour managers are made aware, they are typically very good at finding an appropriate resolution for our guests, enabling them to go on and enjoy the tour in full.

We're delighted to hear that you thought the cruise itself was brilliant. Thank you for your candid thoughts on flying versus taking the Eurostar option. For guests who may find managing their own luggage more challenging, flying may be a more suitable option. Alternatively, we invite guests to enquire about our 'Baggageman' service. We work with a partnered supplier who collects our guests' luggage one week prior to departure and returns it one week after returning home. Guest's find their luggage in their cabin upon arrival at the ship and do not need to worry about transporting it.
Excellent service all round . Very friendly crew.
On last day we were taken to the Spoon Boat for a brunch and afternoon tea this is because several of us had late timings for planes home bound ....

We were sorry to learn that the airline amended your pre-booked seat allocation. We appreciate how disappointing this can be, particularly when seats have been carefully selected and paid for in advance to enhance comfort and confidence throughout the journey.
Whilst we understand your frustration, airlines reserve the right to reassign seats at their discretion for operational, safety, security, or aircraft configuration reasons. Unfortunately, these changes can occur at short notice and are made solely by the airline, meaning they are outside of Riviera Travel's control.
We recognise that this may have caused inconvenience and detracted from your travel experience, and we regret any disappointment this unexpected change may have caused. However, as the airline's conditions of carriage permit such amendments, seat allocations cannot be guaranteed, even after they have been confirmed and paid for.
