Following the recent renewal of your motor trade insurance policy, may I thank you for your continued support of Plan Insurance Brokers and for providing us with your feedback via Feefo. During my time in the insurance sector I have found that it is a common opinion of policy holders, that it is only upon making a claim that they will every truly know how good an insurance provider are. In my opinion the insurers that we use are reputable and well established companies. Very rarely do we receive complaints regarding claims and when we do, it is usually due to the frustration caused when a third party are refusing to admit liability or a similar scenario that is delaying a payout or settlement. I hope that in your case it does not come to this, but as far as we are concerned, all that we can do is provide you with the best available policy suited to your needs and at a competitive premium. I am of course disappointed to hear that you have not received the service that is commonly affiliated with our company and for that I am sincerely apologetic. If you are told that you will receive a call or an email then I would expect the agents to fulfill their promise. Individuals concerned have been spoken to and further training will be given to ensure our staff provide the service we pride ourselves on. I have listened to the renewal calls and have emailed you yesterday with the information that you had requested. As a gesture of good will I am sending you a cheque for £25, which I hope will go some way to apologise for the issues you have raised.
