Hi Matthew, Thank you for your review and for highlighting this. We’re really pleased to hear your online shopping experience was smooth, but we’re very sorry to hear about the condition of the packaging on arrival. This certainly isn’t the standard we aim for. Our customer care team has reached out to look into this further and see what we can do to put things right. We also appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our packaging going forward. Kind regards, OPS
