Very helpful all-around in arranging voyage and transportation.

They found the voyage I wanted and were easy to work with on arranging it. They arranged for transportation to and from the hotels and boat which was a great help.

First ever cruise- became a disaster, but still smiling

First ever cruise, the agent was helpful and experienced. We had problems on the cruise and a different staff member ( sharin) was stunning Iin her assistance.
