Many thanks for taking to time to provide us with this feedback. I’m so sorry to hear about the stress changing your sightseeing plans caused. We had been informed by Windstar of the itinerary amendment in May and, having checked, I can see Helen passed this information on via email the day after we were notified. I’m so sorry that it was something you missed, in future we’ll make sure to request acknowledgement of such changes and follow up it we don’t hear back. Hi Alexander, as per my email yesterday with Helen, sincere apologies. I've found the May email, which had the actual Windstar advisory very low down, so not easily visible when viewed on my phone. I focused on Helen's typing about the new departure time, as that was top of mind in organising a lunch in Edinburgh with a friend pre-departure, and didn't realise there were any other changes afoot. Yes, agree, ensuring a response from the client that they've not missed something like this would be a good backstop! I've therefore revised my rating for Mundy. Apologies again. :)
