Luxury Gold pārskati

Thank you for bringing your observations to our attention. As a result; we have forwarded your thoughts and suggestions to our Product Development and Operations teams, to see where changes and improvements can be made going forward. Nevertheless, we are very happy that you had a fantastic service experience, and we hope that you will be joining us in the future to explore many more of our destinations.

Each destination in our itinerary has been carefully selected to complement your journey. Therefore, it makes us very happy to learn that you enjoyed your time on the Harmony of Central Europe trip. That said; we only endeavour to provide the most comfortable travelling experiences and so we have forwarded your concerns about your time spent in Cesky Krumlov to our Operations team for their review. Nonetheless, we would like to thank you for taking a short moment to provide us with your feedback.

Although our guests bid farewell to the Travelling concierge on day 11 of the tour, we ensure that they are greeted on arrival in Toronto and include experiences to enjoy during this time in the city. Furthermore, should you have any queries or need assistance - the contact information of our ground partner; Destination America, who are always at hand to assist - can be found in your provided itinerary. That said, we are delighted that your Travelling Concierge; Nancy, stood out as a highlight of your journey and we hope that you have made many wonderful memories.

While it pleases us to learn that you found most aspects of the tour enjoyable; it naturally saddens us to read that some of the meals did not meet your expectations. Therefore, we will certainly investigate this matter with our Quality Control team, to ensure that our guests dining experiences continue to be nothing but authentic and delicious.

As a significant part in the history of Central Europe, learning about WWII still holds a lot of interest for many of our guests. Even so, we appreciate your concerns and will look into ensuring that the tour continues to contain lots of other interesting experiences. Furthermore, your idea of small coins for bathroom breaks has been forwarded to our Operations team for their consideration. Nevertheless, we are delighted to read that all of the details of your tour were taken care of, and we hope that this allowed you to create many great memories.

Meticulous preparation is the key ingredient that goes into ensuring that our guests’ journeys run seamlessly. Therefore it makes us happy to read that you felt the tour was well structured, and we are delighted that you had a worthwhile experience. Furthermore, when contemplating your next departure; our reservations department will be more than happy to take through some more of our Luxury Gold itineraries.
