Thank you Mrs Tough for the review of our service and we're sorry to hear that you unfortunately ran out of heating oil. I'm glad that the Johnston Oils Team managed to deliver some oil to you the next day, however this situation can be inconvenient and hopefully through our Top Up service this will not happen again.
We were hoping that we could have supplied you with an electronic senor that would relay your oil levels from your tank back to a monitor in your house, however as you have established the age of the tank may prevent us from fitting this sensor to the top of the tank.
Through our Top Up service we have now agreed your delivery dates for the full year and have them scheduled into our system, this will ensure that you will always have heating oil in your tank.
