Thank you for this great review of Johnston Oils service. There can be occasions where our prices online may seem different from those quoted on the phone, however this is mainly due to the different delivery options that we provide.
The majority of our customers will request our standard 3 day delivery, however we also have our economy delivery (7 days) and our emergency delivery (next working day) that customers can choose. Prices vary between the delivery options with emergency being slightly higher than standard as it's a premium service and economy being the most competitive price due to the longer delivery window.
I'm glad that the team honoured the lower price and we'll feed this back into the team to cover all delivery options in the future when customer call in.
