Thank you for your comments, we were very diappointed to see the views you had on the quality of the items you ordered. We only sell operfect goods so please return the faulty/ substandard items using the pre paid slip I am sending you. We will then refund you as we want happy customers who are pleased with the products and service. Again thanks for your usefull comments. We are also checking the stock here for being sub standard.
