I am therefore sorry to see that the Rough and Ready Leathers you kindly ordered were not suitable for you. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience or disappointment that may have resulted from this.
In regards to our returns service, we currently ask our customers to kindly cover the costs of posting returns back to us (unless an error has been made on our behalf) and this way it allows us to keep our prices at a competitively low rate without jeopardising the quality of our products. However, as we continue to grow as a company, a new returns policy is something we will look into in the near future.
