Thank you for taking the time to add your comments regarding your recent order, and I am glad to see that the majority of your order was liked. I am sorry to hear that you feel put off order ordering due to the fact that we do not offer a free returns service. The reason behind this is that if we were to offer this service we would have to incorporate this cost into our clothing as do other companies. Joe Browns feel that it works out better for our customer to pay the postage back to us as this is less than if we were to add the cost to the clothing. I do hope this helps, and gives you a better understanding of why the returns are not free.
