The customer service has been excellent, I am not keen to order by post as it costs such a lot in postage and so often you have to return items because of quality or size issues etc. but on this ocassion I did and one was faulty and straight away I was offered free returns which was fine, but if I had not been offered this I would have thought it a very expensive way to buy something and then not keep it. I do like a the look of a lot of your clothes, that draws me back to looking but I still don't like the fact that you can't fit it on or try it first and often it would be at my cost to return something.l

Had several items from Joe Browns over recent years. Last order placed was on-line and couldn't believe how quick my package took to arrive - two days - wow! Thanks!
