So that our guests’ can look forward to travelling at ease, a full list of Optional Experiences can be found on our website, and in the documents sent out prior to departure. However, we do apologise if you were not made aware of this when booking the tour. In addition, while we do ensure that our guests always have access to water, we do appreciate that you would have liked this service to be gratuitous; therefore we have forwarded this comment to our Operations team for their review. Also, we were truly concerned to learn of your disappointment with our Tour Directors comments and actions on this tour, and would like to confirm that these have been raised with her Manager directly to address and ensure that these concerns do not affect our guests going forward. Furthermore, perhaps if you are considering journeying with us again in the future; our Luxury Gold Vacations with all featured experiences included in the tour, may be better suited to your preferences.
