Good morning, I am very sorry that you are disappointed by the choice of delivery on our website. As of the 6th of October we have stopped using Evri, and are now using DHL instead. I am very sorry that your parcel took so long to arrive- I can see it was delivered on the 8th of October and a member of our customer service team will be in touch shortly to follow up.
