Dear valued customer, We would like to sincerely apologise for the lack of communication when you placed your order on Christmas Day. We did place prominent messages on our website explaining that we were giving our staff a well-earned break over the Christmas period so they could spend time with their families after what was a very busy November and December for them, and that all orders placed after 24th December would be dispatched on 4th January, but we fully understand that sometimes these messages may not be seen.
