Hot Diamonds pārskati

Good Morning, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am truly very sorry to hear how disappointed you are with both your purchase and the delivery service. I completely understand how frustrating this must have been, and I sincerely apologise for the experience. After checking your order, I can see that it was dispatched on Thursday and delivered on Monday. Although standard delivery often does arrive the next day, I am very sorry that in this instance it did not. Unfortunately next-day delivery is not guaranteed with the standard service. I am also genuinely sorry to hear that you were not happy with the quality of the necklace. Thank you very much for taking the time to return it to us. As soon as the item arrives back with our team, we will process a full refund for you straight away. Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment caused, and thank you for your patience and understanding. With kind regards Agnes
