The engineer arrived and i explained what the problem was.The engineer then testered the system and found the problem which he fixed first time. It was a great relief and fixed within half an hour

Service was good and engineer very helpful. Call out charge is very high though. That was not explained when I booked

The call out charge was £95 and the engineer apologised because all he needed to do was plug in the serial.
