True to their word of next day service. Rand 1 hour before arrival as promised. Engineer respectful to home and removed shoes. Carried out work and left after testing all was ok.

Good morning Susan -- We are sorry to hear of your experience on this occasion. We will take your comments on board regarding OD but it is not something we currently provide. The engineer would have been speaking with a colleague in the office regarding the job in hand, so again, apologies if you felt this was somewhat underhand, which of course was not the case. As for receipts, we have recently gone paperless hence we now provide on email. If you are still not getting service we can arrange a recall and get that looked into as soon as possible.
