While the TT Silent fan is designed to operate more quietly than many comparable inline fans, it is not completely silent and some level of airflow and motor noise is normal during operation. We understand that the term "silent" may create different expectations, and we're grateful for your feedback on this point.
If you feel the fan is producing more noise than would reasonably be expected, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team. We'd be happy to discuss the installation and operation of the unit with you and investigate whether there may be a fault affecting performance.
