non existant, thought we were scammed, after a month of waiting only got a reply after posting a negative review. up to that point all communication was ignored.

Your order was placed as a pre-order item, with an estimated arrival of early June clearly indicated on both the product listing and your order confirmation email. Once stock arrived, your order was dispatched on 9 June and delivered on 12 June.
We can see that two enquiries were submitted through our system, and automated updates were sent in both cases. As we did not receive a follow-up response, the tickets were automatically closed, as this usually indicates the information provided was helpful. However, we understand this may not have fully resolved your concern and apologise for any frustration caused.
