Hi ,
Thank you for your review.
We're sorry to hear that you have concerns regarding your order for the Fanco OV 4E 350 Commercial Exhaust Fan.
Our shipping records indicate that the order was delivered on 21/07 and that the vent was packed together with the fan in the same carton. In many cases, accessories can be packaged within the main product box and may be overlooked during unpacking.
As we have not received any previous correspondence regarding this matter, we encourage you to contact our team so we can assist further. If you are unable to locate the vent, please provide your order details and any photos of the contents received, and we will investigate the matter with you.
I can’t fault the online ordering process, the follow up communication and the delivery. 100% this company has nailed a positive online shopping experience
Disappointed in the Ventair Sahara premium 4 in 1 exhaust fan product and lack of after sales support which has spoiled my overall experience after purchasing numerous ceiling fans.

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback.
We're sorry to hear that your experience has left you feeling disappointed. We certainly understand how frustrating it can be when a product issue remains unresolved.
After reviewing our records, we have been unable to locate any service enquiries or support cases relating to this matter with our team. From your comments, it appears your discussions have been directly with Ventair rather than Ceiling Fans Warehouse.
If the issue is still ongoing, we'd be happy to step in and review the situation. Please contact our team with any case references or correspondence you've received, and we'll do our best to assist and liaise with the manufacturer where possible.
We appreciate your previous business and would welcome the opportunity to help.

Ordering on the website was easy. Options were explained and I could select what I wanted without any difficulty. Delivery was quick. Installation had to wait for a while, but now that it's up it...
Fans Online and Universal Fans are one and the same company, shipping from the same warehouse. Disappointing I had to place two seperate orders, one with each to get what I needed, just to find out...
