Thank you for the kind words. We've always said that our name tags are printed in friendly lower case as a brand style to match our own... especially as it always looks better on the oval tag. It's also the format that matches our characters being sold through retail partners over the years, for consistency. Having said all that, we can easily print them differently if requested by customers.

If you do end up ordering a tag again sometime, please mention in the comments box that you'd like a capital for the name, or all caps, or whatever else you'd like. In the meantime, we're happy to send you a replacement tag for your recent order using capitals if you'd like?
