Thank you for your valuable feedback. We are very sorry you were not totally satisfied with your holiday this year. We ask all owners/cleaners to provide a change of linen for fortnightly bookings. However, mistakes can occur and we would always encourage visitors to contact us while on holiday so that we can provide help with any problems that might occur. We will then respond quickly to resolve them. As you have stayed at Trehoul more than once, you must have appreciated that it is accessed by steps. We also feel this is apparent from the picture of the property on the website. We think that the ongoing refurbishment and redecoration of holiday properties is a good thing. We are sorry you preferred the lounge last time you stayed and that the owners well-intended efforts have not met with your approval.

Cornish Quay Holidays is a family business offering around fifty charming waterside and country self-catering holiday cottages in Cornwall for UK holidays at any time of year. Many of the cottages have superb sea or harbour views and are around the Fowey Estuary which is renowned for its stunning coastal walks, secluded coves and beautiful scenery. The Fowey area has numerous quaint shops and unspoilt beaches and plenty of places to enjoy a meal or a quiet drink in the evenings. The Eden Project at St Austell is within five miles and lots of other interesting places are nearby. Take a look at our full range of quality self-catering holiday cottages, houses and flats sleeping 2 to 10 people. We have properties in and around Fowey, Polruan, Lerryn, Bodinnick, Lanteglos, Mixtow, Lostwithiel, Looe, Downderry and St Austell Bay. Children are welcome at all but a few of the properties and some accept pets. At many of the cottages you can even hire a boat and get out on the water yourself. We can help you arrange a last minute holiday or a short break.
