It is disappointing that, despite contacting us promptly by email, you were advised that it could take several days for your message to be reviewed. I can appreciate your frustration when you then tried to resolve the issue by phone, only to incur additional call charges without achieving the outcome you wanted. I am also sorry to hear that, once received, you were unhappy with the material of the trousers.
