Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you feel the quality is not as good as it has been in the past. I understand your disappointment, particularly as you have previously purchased and been satisfied with this bra. It is concerning to hear that the elastic did not feel strong enough and that the fit was much looser than expected. We appreciate loyal customers sharing their experiences, and your comments suggest that this product did not meet the standard you have come to expect. Your feedback regarding the quality, elastic support, and fit will be passed on to the relevant team for review. We are sorry that this experience has led you to feel unable to purchase this item again, and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know your concerns.
