Hi there, We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy that we were unable to assist you with loss of business due to Covid. Our Business Interruption cover specifically relates to Buildings damage. Some examples of the Buildings damage BI cover we offer are; fire, lightning, explosion, storm. In the event of damage to buildings by these causes that leads to a prevention of access of the building we will be able to look at a claim. The score would have been 5 ⭐️ 🌟🌟🌟🌟 however it took me several attempts to get through by phone and on 2 occasions I held on for almost half an hour but still didn’t get through.
