very useful and timely - good report

the meet and greet was very low key. No offer of refreshments. A lonely experience, but very friendly and quick, when the ice had been broken. The attending nurse was excellent at her job.

I have been using this company for the past two years and I find their service excellent. The staff are experts at putting one at ease.

A sign at the venue would have been helpful, otherwise fine.

We should have been warned , disabled parking is about to cost me £100, There were no signs to this effect,

Good screening process and report. Venue not great. Waiting area was unheated and cold and a nobody there to register with on arrival.
