Many thanks for taking the time to add your comments. I remember your complaint very well and remember you were upset because the box was unbranded. I sent a few emails and made a few phone calls to try to resolve this with you. My mum lives in Lanarkshire several miles from you and she was willing to either collect the box to avoid you having to return it or give you a branded box. When I didn't hear back from you I presumed you were happy to keep the box. I'm sorry that this wasn't the case. If I can explain, we got some unbranded boxes in because had some feedback that the branded ones spoiled the surprise! we now have it as an option to choose a branded or unbranded box. We really do care whether customers are happy or not and I'm sorry that you weren't. Regards Gill
