I remember this very well. As you were in Belfast we had used a different courier to avoid charging a supplement to deliver. They are normally very good- we have a negligible breakage rate, hence my surprise the beer hadn't got to you,also they hadn't advised us. It took them a bit of time to work out what had happened to your parcel. Also, our policy is to refund within 7 days during peak times as our payment processor takes a couple of days to clear the funds. I'm sorry that this was a little bit longer than you expected and apologies for your beer going astray. Regards Gill
