Thanks for the reply. I do appreciate your fixed delivery costs, as you say 'the same for 1 bottle or 3 cases'. Minimum order quantities (12 for BOBB) are therefore fine, but it's illogical to then force multiples of 12 once that minimum has been fulfilled. It would make more sense to tailor the ordering screen to how each beer is sent to you (8 packs in this case) after that point. Easier for you, easier for the customer to check when received. The one sealed box we received made me momentarily doubt the Courier had not fully delivered. I'm glad that you rarely have Courier problems. I know from my own work experience of Couriers, dishonesty within that industry is a common problem, even when (or perhaps because of) high value/secure delivery services being selected. The outsourcing by many national Couriers to self-employed 'man in a white van' type operations has probably added to the risk. I'll definitely request plain packaging in future.
