We only work with small, independent breweries who don't usually have access to markets outside their local areas. We've got about 300 breweries that we work with and that means there's over 1000 beers to go at. Cheers Will

I'm sorry you weren't happy with our service. I've spoken to the guys in distribution and it seems that the first delivery was broken. This is very rare as we have a less than 1% breakage rate, but if this happens, we'll not send a damaged box, but replace it with a fresh one. I understand someone from the office phoned to inform you of this and to rearrange delivery. I think the recipient was on holiday and that you would contact us with the revised date. I'm ever so sorry about this and would urge you to contact us to make arrangements to restore your faith in our business. Many thanks Will
