Sometimes firewalls stop the email confirmation from getting through (gmail is one we regularly struggle with) I would guess this is the reason for lack of confirmation of the order. I trust the beers will be enjoyed. Cheers Will

the Pick n Mix does cost a little more due to the extra cost of creating mixed cases. We try and keep the case prices competitive, we can offer savings on 12 bottle cases via the 'Brewery' section on the website. Thanks Will

It was not a pick n mix case - it was a dozen bottles of the same beer. They arrived in the original brewer's packaging - so no extra cost to you at all...

The promise of a refund is appreciated. I have revised my rating on the strength of this. Perhaps the website could be improved so that those, like me, who are looking for a specific beer via google do not end up over-paying for a case in future?
